Waterbury Clock Co. store regulator, "Crane", ca 1906. A really dark oak case looks to be purposely darkened. There is no base, but evidence there used to be. The pendulum is correct, dial may be an old repaint, Waterbury beat scale, full Waterbury label inside. 8 day movement, time only. This is a very ornate case but is so dark it is hard to tell. Stands 34 inches tall without a base. Both glasses are original; retaining most all of the gold paint, just a little bit of black is flaking. Ly-Waterbury #726. 550 dollars or better if it had a base. My estimate .
