Seth Thomas "World", ca 1909. Advertising on the glass, "Lemon & Son Jewelers, Louisville, Ky". 15 day, double spring movement, time only, with Graham dead beat escapement. Ran 22 days here in our shop. Mahogany case is 32 inches high, immaculate, with most of the gold paint still around the glass. The old dial has some wear but very acceptable. Good label and brass beat scale. Ly-Seth Thomas No.497.
