The eight-day brass movement is original to the case and bears the ST logo and USA on the brass front plate (see photograph). The original label on the inside floor of the case is in an amazingly good state of preservation (see photograph). Unlike so many Seth Thomas No. 2's the dial on this clock retains its original paint with some fill-ins and touch-ups...without being distracting at all.
