C.1884, Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Queen Anne", 8-day wall timepiece, as-found. The oak case is extremely nice condition with original finish. The problems arise when you remove the dial to find this clock originally had a time and strike movement, and the vacant holes for the movement blocks and the gong support are clearly evident. It now has an appropriate timepiece movement and dial which could be left as is (the model was also offered in time only), or if you have the right movement, the clock could be properly restored. The only other alternative would be to re-veneer the backboard of the case. In original condition, this model can bring 900 dollars. Height 36 inches
