C.1880, Seth Thomas Office Calendar No. 1 wall clock (dated label inside), in excellent original condition. This case retains outstanding burled walnut veneer, with minor nicks and scrapes that are only visible on the closest inspection. The case has been hand polished to a high luster and really is about "as good as it gets". The original dials have some wear from setting and minor flaking, but are generally excellent. The inside instruction label states that the calendar is set for 1880, and this is a reliable indicator of the production date. The label has some splits but is fully legible. This figure 8 model has increased greatly in popularity over the past decade. Height 40 inches
