Seth Thomas "Kitchen" shelf clock, ca 1875. Early shelf clock made soon after the Plymouth Hollow name was changed to Thomaston, as is on this full label. Repainted old zinc dial. 16 inch walnut veneer case is pretty good, one small chip off on the bottom right corner and a couple of tiny corner nicks. 1 day movement strikes hours on a coil gong, and is running. Good old tablet. About as nice as we have had for a clock this old. Ly-Seth Thomas No.269.
