C.1900. Seth Thomas, GALLERY, 18-INCH, in oak, with 15 Day double spring time only movement with Graham escapement. Condition: overall excellent, the case refinished some time ago and with nice caramel color. The original dial is in amazingly good condition, some numerals carefully strengthened. We took off the dial expecting to find it marked 86A (what it is) but instead it is marked simply 18 (for 18 inch dial). In any case it is the original 15 day movement; it will need cleaning; it has been recently oiled without cleaning and is running OK.
